It might seem that massage therapy is a pretty simple kind of art. You pay someone to rub your various parts and pieces and you walk out feeling great. Essentially - that is how simple we want you to feel in what is provided. We don't want you to feel confused as to "what do I need today". To be honest, that should be our job. But, it is important for you to know that your therapist is not that simple. We are well trained professionals who continue our studies continually so as to provide better care for you. But, we don't want to make things difficult by charging different prices for all the different things that we do. We just charge by the time that we spend. The following is a partial list of all the tools and tricks that we can combine in your integrated techniques massage.  Scroll down, and take a look at what we can help you with.

Mobile Services - Massage Wherever you Are !  We do have an office for specific Holistic Health services as well.

Aromatherapy - with training in herbology and naturopathic methods, our owner and main therapist, Emma Clites, custom blends essential oils and carrier oils for specific functions for the body. She chooses scents that have a relaxing aroma, that combine well together, and that provide a desirable physical response - examples: one that smells like Tension Tamer Tea by Celestial Seasonings with similar effects; Rosamonilla - a blend of Palmarosa, cinnamon, and vanilla essential oils that is a delicate female balancer, safe for pregnancy, and relaxing oil in a base of rice bran and rosehip oils; or Walk in the Woods - a masculine woodsy blend of more than 10 essential oils in a pumpkin seed and rice bran oil base which is helpful for pain relief as well as relaxation.

Sports Massage - special techniques helpful for atheletes and others, combining techniques for pre and post atheletic events and training times. This includes stretching as well as cramp reduction massage. The intention is to reduce injury and speed recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage - The application of more pressure either focused or general to encourage the relaxation response.

Swedish Massage - The basic techniques that all other massage is built upon. Often used to integrate modalities together.

Neuromuscular Therapy - This modality uses the finding of pain or tension points, holding them while deep breathing encourages relaxation and retraining of chronic pain.

Acupressure - Using the same points as Acupuncture, different points on the body can accomplish pain relief, stress relief, increased sleep, better circulation, better immune system responses, help increase flexibility, and affect different body systems in a positive manner.

Reflexology - By applying pressure to certain points on the hands and feet, other areas of the body can be affected in a positive manner as well.

Polarity Therapy - an energy style of work based on magnetic principles, and balancing the energies within us.

Thai Massage - Yoga Stretching applied by a practitioner to encourage flexibility, circulation, and all over anti stress and anti aging effects.

Hydrotherapy - Using heat and ice, and water therapies to affect change in the body - not always practical in the massage room - but heat can be applied most effectively.

Hot Stone Massage - Using heated stones in the massage to warm the muscles.

Hot Stone Acupressure - using hot stones with acupressure points. Acupressure traditionally uses a technique called moxibustion with burning incense held at acupressure points, Our owner, Emma Clites, replaces the incense with hot stones with great success.

Immuno/Glandular Activation- This is another of Emma Clites' signature techniques - using acupressure points for the immune system and a technique based in acupressure called glandular activation. This technique has been found very helpful with people with lower immune system function such as chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, HIV, MS, Allergies (which is a higher functioning immune system - but we encourage balance), ...etc

Antiaging Facial Massage techniques - combining thai and acupressure facial techniques to bring about increase in facial muscle tone decreasing the effects of aging on the face.

Chakra Stone Therapy - Placing special stones to balance the energies of the body
